200ML PNEUMATIC CARTRIDGE GUNS

Pneumatic cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of two component epoxies, silicones and other materials. Use these high quality manual guns with industry standard 200ml dual epoxy type cartridges.

For adhesives which are supplied in two part, side-by-side syringe cartridges that push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle. The pneumatic power and durable construction of the guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. Pneumatic guns are available in different sizes with mix ratios (1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1).

The dual cartridge is clipped into the gun handle. The plunger rods push the pistons down in the cartridge to provide a controlled material flow. Our guns are safe and hygienic, reducing risk of operator contact with the materials being dispensed. They fit comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of time and minimum risk of repetitive strain injury.
