By using our website, you agree to be bound by Adhesive Dispensing Ltd Terms & Conditions, as stated below.

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the Adhesive Dispensing Ltd site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Adhesive Dispensing Ltd unless, and until, an email is sent by, Adhesive Dispensing Ltd to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made. This confirmation e-mail mounts to an acceptance by Adhesive Dispensing Ltd of your offer to buy goods or services from Adhesive Dispensing Ltd and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Adhesive Dispensing Ltd is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Adhesive Dispensing Ltd does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Guarantees

Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provides a 1 Year guarantee on all our products. In the unlikely event within this period of time a fault occurs with your product please contact us to discuss the fault. On receiving the product Adhesive Dispensing Ltd will stringently test the product to get to the root of the problem in out in house testing facility and we will look to take the course of action to resolve the issue with the customer.

Processing payment of orders

Credit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Adhesive Dispensing Ltd.

Ordering from us

You are required to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place at the point we dispatch your order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where goods become unavailable

(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your online payment

(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error, or

(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Adhesive Dispensing Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Product Returns

Please call +44 (0) 1908 686660 or email returns@adhesivedispensers.co.uk in the first instance to provide details for an RMA (return merchandise authorisation). To speed up the process, please have your order number reference, contact details to hand and date the parts were received. 

Any discounted ex-demo, ex-display products or pre-used parts, sold as seen agreements, limited/zero warranty products or special custom made or built to order products (where non-return statement is clearly specified on the website product page before an order is placed) cannot be returned for refund.

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations for products paid for online, all customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to report they want to return products. This is known as the cooling off period. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd will not pay for the return postage or shipping costs the customer incurs to send any items back. Upon receipt of returned goods and after satisfactory inspection, we will refund only the total cost of the goods and original postage paid to the customer. Products not reported as faulty or incorrect specification must be returned as complete with no missing parts, they must be returned unused with inner packs unopened, must be returned in the original packaging, they must be undamaged in order to qualify for a refund. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd cannot accept any products back that have been used unless determined as faulty, or reported damaged upon delivery where contact is received within (14) days of receipt of goods. 

Adhesive Dispensing Ltd cannot accept back returns that have not been agreed by us without a valid RMA issued in advance. We cannot accept back opened or split bottles of adhesives, chemicals, solvents or primers due to health and safety reasons and cannot handle open chemical bottles.

We recommend that returned items are sent using a tracked service that provides proof of delivery to avoid any returns lost in transit. If sent back without tracking, the customer does so at their own risk. 

Changes in Terms

Adhesive Dispensing Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Adhesive Dispensing Ltd web site.
