Dual component 2k Cartridge Sets

High density dual component cartridges for two-part adhesives, most two part epoxies, silicone, doming resins, potting compounds and many other resins. All sets are supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap seal ready for material filling and precision dispensing. Used with our range of dispenser guns. Industrial grade safe and silicone free materials.  In 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 400ml, or 600ml sizes. In mix ratios 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1.

2K cartridges include pistons and dust cap seal with a nozzle locking nut for 200ml, 400ml and 600ml sizes. Supplied in sealed packs. Each 50ml and 100ml set includes the cartridge body, two pistons and a dust cap seal. Each 200ml, 400ml and 600ml cartridge set includes the two pistons, tip cap seal (and threaded collar to secure the static mixer nozzle).

Cartridges use standard static mixer nozzles that are available from us in a wide range of diameters, lengths and number of mixer elements. All products are industrial grade safe and are certified silicone free. Dispenser guns are available for all size cartridges either in manual, pneumatic or battery rechargeable.
