900 Series premier dispensing components are silicone and chloride free and designed to work with industry standard equipment such as pneumatic dispensers, syringe gun dispensers and hand plungers. 900 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
900 Series Syringe Barrels
Unique ultra-low draft construction of inner diameter yields high accuracy and stability. They are comprised of industry compliant silicone and chloride free, low friction high density polypropylene. In barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.
Available in three different colours:
Natural clear for most generic applications.
Amber provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but material visible inside the barrel .
Black for total UV light block.
All barrels, pistons and caps are supplied in sealed packs of 50 with labels and batch codes. All products are held in stock.

Wiper Pistons
900 Series Premier dispensing components are silicone and chloride free and designed to work with industry standard equipment. 900 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
900 Series Air Powered Pistons
Spread the pressure evenly across, using a piston for consistent dispensing of all viscosity materials.
Available in four different types:
Wiper pistons (white) provide a complete tighter seal useful for dispensing of all viscosity fluids.
Easy flow pistons (blue) require less pressure to dispense and prevent air from becoming entrapped.
Straight wall pistons (red) prevent stringing/ bouncing when dispensing high viscosity, tacky materials.
Rubber (black) pistons provide a complete seal useful for braze pastes as well as lubricants.
* Part Code 7300008GBPK is a new 30cc/55cc size extended wiper piston green colour. Ensures a closer fit than any other pistons to ensure solvents and very low viscosity liquids to not leak past.

900 Series Air Adapter Assemblies
Adapter receiver head assemblies are the connecting link between time/pressure controllers and syringe assemblies. These assemblies provide a safe connection for accident proof dispensing. Available with 3 or 6 ft. (1 - 2 meters) of tubing. Consists of receiver head with EPR rubber O-ring, PU tubing and male dispenser quick connector.
Available in different barrel sizes and tubing thickness:
3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc/55cc with a 3 ft. or 6 ft. 6mm outer diameter tube.

900 Series Premier dispensing components are silicone and chloride free and designed to work with industry standard equipment. 900 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
