We stock a vast range of barrels designed for use with air-powered dispensers as well as manual syringe applicator guns. These products are high performance and safe to ensure that adhesives, liquids, gels, pastes, epoxies and silicones can be applied consistently, without mess or waste.
Our barrels are available in sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc and in natural clear, amber tint or UV black colours. With options for wiper pistons, cap seals and adapter assemblies - the system allows users to apply liquids and pastes with accurate results and maintenance free. All barrels supplied have a luer lock tip attachment for secure and leak free dispensing. Used with any luer lock dispensing tips.
Our new ADV series of barrels have the rounded flow outlet design allowing for less back pressure and air entrapment with high viscosity pastes and gels. In sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc and in natural clear or amber tint. With a general purpose white PE piston or black rubber piston.
Techcon 700 series barrels in sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc and in natural clear, amber tint or black opaque. With 3 polyethylene pistons and a range of end caps and tip caps.
We also have our "big barrel" system offering extra volume in sizes 100cc, 200cc, 300cc, 400cc and 500cc. These large volume components are supplied with matching piston, air cap and airline hose.
Silicone-free means any materials dispensed will not be contaminated. Industrial grade safe means our parts can be used to pressures of 100 PSI safely. All parts shipped in sealed packs with labels and batch codes.

Our own 900 Series Premier dispensing components are silicone and chloride free and designed to work with industry standard equipment. 900 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.
900 Series Syringe Barrels
Unique ultra-low draft construction of inner diameter yields high accuracy and stability. They are comprised of industry compliant silicone and chloride free, low friction polypropylene. Available in three different colours: Natural for most generic applications, amber provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but with the ability to see material inside the barrel; and black for total light block. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50.
900 Series Syringe Barrel Kits
For your convenience these syringe barrels and white standard wiper pistons are packaged together without pistons inserted. Kits with red flat walled pistons or black rubber pistons are also available. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50.
900 Series Air Powered Pistons
Spread the pressure evenly across, using a piston for consistent dispensing of even high viscosity material. Easy flow pistons (blue) require less pressure to dispense and prevent air from becoming entrapped during the dispense process. Tight fit wiper pistons (white) provide a complete seal for low viscosity fluid. Loose fit straight wall pistons (red) prevent stringing and bouncing when dispensing high viscosity material. Rubber pistons (black) for dispensing high viscosity materials or braze pastes. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50. Made from polyethylene or neoprene (rubber version).

Designed to seal large end of the syringe barrel to ensure no contaminants come in contact with material during storage and shipment. Optional colours of orange or blue. Made from Polyethylene. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50.

Designed to seal the syringe barrel tip during storage and shipment. Fits all syringe barrel sizes. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50. Made from polypropylene. Available colours of orange, black, white, clear and blue.

Designed for easy attachment with large flat diameter at the base to allow for the syringe barrel to stand upright on the work bench. Supplied in bulk packs and packs of 50. Made from Polypropylene. Available colours of orange, black, white, green and blue.

Adapter receiver head assemblies are the connecting link between time/pressure dispensers and syringe barrel assemblies. These assemblies provide a safe connection for accident proof dispensing. Available with 3 or 6 ft. (0.9 - 1.8 meters) of flexible polyurethane air tubing. Consists of the adapter head with EPR O-ring, tubing, safety clamp and male quick connector. Supplied individually. 4mm or 6mm OD tube options.
