Industrial Dispensing Barrels
800 ADV Series premier dispensing components are silicone and chloride free and designed to work with industry standard equipment such as pneumatic dispensers, syringe gun dispensers and hand plungers. 800 Series dispensing components ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity.
800 Series Syringe Barrels
Unique ultra-low draft construction of inner diameter yields high accuracy and stability. They are comprised of industry compliant silicone and chloride free, low friction high density polypropylene. In barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc.
Available in two different colours:
Natural clear for most generic applications.
Amber provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but material visible inside the barrel .
800 Series Air Powered Pistons
Spread the pressure evenly across, using a piston for consistent dispensing of all viscosity materials. Wiper pistons (white) provide a complete tighter seal useful for dispensing of all viscosity fluids. These are designed to work for most dispensing applications.
800 Series End Caps
Designed to seal the large end of the syringe barrel to ensure no contaminants come in contact with material during storage and shipment and reduce fumes. Made from Polypropylene.
800 Series Tip Caps
Designed to seal the luer lock outlet end of the syringe barrel. Made from Polypropylene.
800 Series Air Adapter Assemblies
Adapter receiver head assemblies are the connecting link between time/pressure controllers and syringe assemblies. These assemblies provide a safe connection for accident proof dispensing. Available with 3 or 6 ft. (1 - 2 meters) of tubing. Consists of receiver head with EPR rubber O-ring, PU tubing and male dispenser quick connector. Supplied in packs of (1).
All barrels. pistons and caps are supplied in sealed packs of 50 with labels and batch codes.
