Tips for pastes, gels And Most Materials
Tapered tips are typically used with high viscosity pastes and gels as well as most other liquids. The range has 9 different diameter gauge sizes from 10 to 32. Dispense solder pastes, fluxes, gels, epoxies, grease, compounds, particle filled materials, adhesives, silicones, sealants, UV cure, Cyanoacrylates and RTV's. A double helix threads and universal luer lock to provide secure connection to industrial syringes or dispense valves.
A smooth internal fluid path designed reduces turbulence flow, prevents air entrapment and fluid dripping caused by back pressure built up. The flash free orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing. Tapered tips are made of polyethylene with UV-light block additive.
We ship any quantity of these products using tracked and insured couriers direct from our Milton Keynes UK warehouse facility for fast delivery around the world. ADL tapered tips are certified industrial grade safe for high pressures and silicone-free materials. All products provide high levels of consistency from tip to tip. Supplied in sealed boxes of 50 with product labels and batch codes for traceability.
