Pneumatic cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of two component epoxies, silicones and other materials. Use these high quality manual guns with industry standard dual epoxy type cartridges.
For adhesives which are supplied in two part, side-by-side or coaxial type cartridges that push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle. The pneumatic power and durable construction of the air powered guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. Pneumatic guns are available in different sizes and mix ratios.
The dual cartridge is clipped into the gun handle. The plunger rods push the pistons down in the cartridge to provide a controlled material flow. Our guns are safe and hygienic, reducing risk of operator contact with the materials being dispensed. They fit comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of time and minimum risk of repetitive strain injury. Guns with a high thrust is for medium to high viscosity materials and versions for low viscosity materials.
